At Tremont, we’re committed to giving our residents a quality living experience, which means we’re thrilled about exciting new upgrades in a limited number of our 2×2 and 4×2 Deluxe units:
Unit Renovations:
- New vinyl plank flooring in all common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms
- New cabinets and matching framed mirrors in kitchens and bathrooms
- New black GE appliances (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stovetop range)
- New in-unit washer and dryer
- New laminate countertops with new sinks and plumbing fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms
- New LED lighting in all common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, family rooms, and common hallways
- New 2” faux wood blinds in common areas
Community Renovations:
- Upgraded clubhouse with a fresh coat of paint, as well as new furniture and flooring
